The Grasse type is a 90 m² semi-detached house that sleeps 4 people. 
The house has its own parking space.
Downstairs you will find the hall, toilet and half-open kitchen from the street side. The living room has French doors to the south-facing terrace. From the living room and from the terrace you have a unique view of the nature reserve (protected by Het Zeeuwse Landschap).
Upstairs are the large master bedroom with a double bed and two smaller bedrooms with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and a second toilet.
